Hi I'm Andrew! I began my yoga journey in 2006 when I trained in the ashtanga tradition at UC Berkeley.
I earned my 500-hour certificate in 2017 from the American Viniyoga Institute.
The Viniyoga approach is highly adaptable to the individual. This means I include the power of sound healing in all classes--unleashing our voice is paramount in understanding how we breath and vibrate.
My teaching style is to take the yoga seriously, but most of all to have fun!
